According to Decision No. 1304/QĐ-UBND dated on 23/05/2018 of the provincial People's Committee approving the detailed plan of 1/500 scale of Lap Thach II IP, Lap Thach district, Vinh Phuc province, with the following contents :

1. Name of project: 1/500 detailed planning of Lap Thach II IP, Lap Thach district, Vinh Phuc province.

2. Characteristics: It is a modern industrial park which is invested in synchronous infrastructure, development of production of small and medium industries, hi-tech industrial production, supporting industries and production of advanced technology products. At the same time create the most favorable environment to attract domestic and foreign investment and promote the development of many industries of the province.

3. Location, boundaries of research scope: ( drawing 01)

 The industrial park is located in the area of ​​Ban Gian and Dong Ich Commune with an area of ​​1,115,010ha. Of which, the area of ​​the commune is 89.5227ha, the Dong Ich commune is 21.9979ha;

- Geographic location is as follows:

+ In the north and northeast, it borders on the residential land of Me village in Ban Gian commune

+ To the east, it borders on Doi Bia lake in Dong Ich commune

+ In the West, it borders on agricultural land of Ban Gian commune and Dong Ich commune

+ In the south, it borders on Kim Bang village and agricultural land of Dong Ich commune

4. Investor planning: Vinh Phuc Department of Construction

5. Planning Consultancy Unit: Vinh Phuc Institute of Construction Planning.

6. Components of the dossier: To comply with the Construction Ministry's Circular No. 19/2008 / TT-BXD of November 20, 2008, guiding the appraisal, approval and management of IZ construction plannings , manufacturing area.

7. Contents of construction planning:

7.1. Land use status: (drawing 02)

The total area in the research area of ​​Lap Thach II Industrial Park, in the Gialai and Dong Ich Communes is 1,115,010 m2 (111.501 ha), including:

- The area in the administrative boundaries of the commune is 89.5227 ha

- The area in the administrative boundary of Dong Ich commune is 21.9783 ha

  The total land categories in the master plan for Lap Thach II Industrial Zone, Lap Thach district are arranged as follows:

 - Land for public works and services in the industrial zone: It is located in block CC-01 with an area of ​​15,000 m2 (1.5 ha).

  - Land for industrial development: with a total area of ​​756.330 m2 (75,633 hectares), located in 08 lots: CN-01 + CN-02 + CN-03 + CN-04 + CN-05 + CN- 07+ CN-08.

 + Lot CN-01: ​​100,295 m2

 + Lot CN-02: ​​101,155 m2

 + Lot CN-03: 86,890 m2

 + Lot CN-04:  ​​94,493 m2

 + Lot CN-05: 88,400 m2

+ Lot CN-06: ​​87,562 m2

+ Lot CN-07: 145,785 m2

+ Lot CN-08:  ​​51,750 m2

Total land types in the research scope of the IP

- Technical land: Located in plot KT-01 with an area of ​​12,600 m2.

- Green land area: 160,106 m2 (16.0106 hectares). Including: water surface trees, isolated green trees.

+ Water surface with the symbol CXMN has the area of 87.468 m2

+ Green land in isolation is located in blocks CXCL-01, CXCL-02, CXCL-03, around the industrial area of ​​72,638 m2

- Land for parking with the area of ​​19,628 m2.

7.3. Technical infrastructure planning (Planning drawings - 05, 06, 07, 08, 09,10,11)

a. Traffic :

- Organize the transportation network of the whole area conveniently and conveniently between the functional areas of the planning area and the transportation system outside the industrial zone. The road sections are as follows:

- The road is planned to be 19.5m wide, in the immediate duration, to be the main axis of the industrial park, linking to 306 provincial road, after the main axis into the industrial park, with the axis of 24m in the west, the roads around the planning is 19, 5 m,

- Roads are arranged with the following sections:

+ Section 1-1: Expected width: 19.5 m; Width of the road: 10.5 m; Sidewalk pavements: 3 + 6 m.

+ Section 2-2: Expected width: 24 m; road width: 12 m; Sidewalk pavements: 2 x 6 = 12 m.

b. Power supply:

- Power is expected to build separate 35 (22) / 0.4kV substations; Capacity of the substations is determined by the additional capacity of each enterprise.

- 0.4kV low voltage power lines in underground cable factories are protected by plastic twisted wires.

 - Lighting system for roads, trees and public land, the technical clues of industrial parks. The capacity is calculated  at 506.27 KVA. It is planned to build 01 transformer station with the capacity of 560KVA. Power supply for underground light bulbs Cu / XLPE / PVC / DSTA / PVC 4x25mm2.

- Calculation criteria apply to current regulations

c. Ground leveling:

- Ground leveling solutions are based on natural terrain to ensure the vertical slope for convenient transportation vehicles in the industrial park, main water drainage direction to the south of the area, where the technical arrangement of the area industrial and poured into ponds, lagoons, down to the Trieu River, Vice River.

- The highest level of foundation design is 30.15 m.

- The lowest ground leveling design is 16.15 m.

 d. Water supply and sanitation:

- Water supply:

+ Proposed water supply for Lap Thach II industrial zone is expected to be taken from Dong Tinh commune water supply station (80,000 m3 / day)

+ Standard of water consumption according to current regulations.

+ Water supply network: Water supply network is a combined water supply and drainage pipeline: supplying water for daily life and fire fighting according to a common pipe and designed in a loop to ensure continuous water supply. Main pipeline Ф250,  Ф 200, distribution pipelines  Ф110 water supply units for water use.

+ Water supply system includes clean water pipeline Ф 250 from 306 provincial road and water distribution pipeline Ф200, Ф110 to ensure water supply to each water unit.

e. Drainage :

 - The waste water drainage system in the planning area is designed to drain the drainage system in a completely separate drainage system including rain water drainage system and waste water drainage system for production and daily life. The drainage system along the planned roads to the south of the drainage system of the Dong Ich commune, through the Trieu drainage and Pho Day river.

- The rainwater drainage network shall be based on the planning of ground leveling along the roads along the drainage channels, the water collection on the pavement of the pavement and storm water from the drainage areas. Drainage of water surface into three drainage basins to Doi Bia lake, Mam Khai pond and the western area of ​​the land.

 - Drainage system using brick trenches or box culverts, main drainage lines with B1200 branch lines B1000, B600.

- Water discharging standard: the water supply and production standards.

+ The waste water discharged into the waste water drainage network must be preliminarily treated in each factory up to the value C of the industrial waste water discharge standard TCVN 5945-95.

+ Wastewater is collected into the sewers on the sidewalks as planned and brought to the treatment station in the technical center.

g. Environmental sanitation :

Daily solid waste from the industrial zone is collected daily that is pushed by hands to gathering points, which will then be loaded onto specialized vehicles and transported to the waste burial sites of the area.

h.  Environmental impact assessment:

The project has studied, evaluated and proposed factors and solutions affecting the water, air, noise, rain water and waste water have quality evaluation and control measures on environmental pollution.
