1.2. Position:
- East: adjacent to canal 2A;
- West: adjacent to canal 2B;
- In the South: adjacent to the National Road 2, the section of Vinh Yen city (under construction);
- To the North: It borders the detailed planning scale of 1/2000 of Hoi Hop ward;
1.3. Total area: 1,454,990 m2 (145.4990 ha) within the boundary line: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12; In which:
- Area in Hoi Hop ward: 1,393,243 m2 (139.33243ha);
- Area in Dong Cuong commune: 61,747 m2 (6.1747 ha);
The location and boundary of the plot is shown on the drawing of the land use symbol 01 with 1/2000 scale set by the the Planning Center of Vinh Phuc, certified by Dong Cuong People's Committee, Hoi Hop People's Committee, People's Committee of Vinh Yen City, Yen Lac district, the Department of Construction, and approved by Vinh Phuc People's Committee attached to this Decision.
