In order to continue intensifying the administrative renovation, saving time, effort and travel cost of the authorities and enterprises, from August 20, 2013, Department of Information and Communications officially provides two public services at level 3: granting certificate for publishing bulletin and certificate for printing activity in Vinh Phuc Portal.
For transaction, the authority or the enterprise can visit the address http://www.vinhphuc.gov.vn or http://www.vinhphuc.vn, then move to "Dịch vụ công trực tuyến" (public service online); correlative to each item, you can download to your computer the forms, statement, fill fully information in the form, finalize the document at the requirement and send online document to the Department of Information and Communications. The procedure of receiving and dealing with the document is transparent and open via Internet. After having result, the authority or the enterprise brings with them their original document to one-door stop unit of the Department for comparison and obtaining the result.
