iMarket Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a wholly South Korean-owned enterprise under iMarketKorea Inc., a subsidiary of Gradiant Group, Korea. The company specializes in providing goods and services to major corporations like Samsung and Amkor. It has maintained stable growth, with revenues reaching USD 93.6 million in 2023.

About Gradiant, Mr. Yang Il Kwon introduced it as a multi-sector conglomerate, primarily providing logistics services for major corporations in the U.S. and Korea, including Samsung, SK, and Hanwha. Gradiant excels in using logistics services to connect a network of high-tech industrial enterprises from leading global markets such as the U.S., Europe, Korea, and Japan. Since 2022, Gradiant has been developing a high-tech park in Texas, USA, offering a complete ecosystem for high-tech businesses in sectors like semiconductors, battery manufacturing, and advanced materials.

As indicated by Mr. Yang Il Kwon, the group now aims to replicate this model in Vietnam by establishing a high-tech industrial park spanning 200–300 hectares to attract advanced technology enterprises. After conducting research, Gradiant has identified Vinh Phuc Province as a promising investment destination.

Welcoming the delegation from iMarket Vietnam Co., Ltd., Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Tran Duy Dong emphasized that in recent years, South Korea has consistently been the leading investor in Vinh Phuc in terms of project numbers and capital. To date, the province has attracted 243 South Korean projects, with total investments exceeding USD 3 billion, including nearly 100 projects supporting Samsung.

Providing an overview of the province's socio-economic situation and strengths, Comrade Tran Duy Dong stated that, according to the Prime Minister's approved plan, Vinh Phuc aims to develop 29 industrial parks by 2030, with 9 already in operation. The province prioritizes attracting investment in high-tech industries, precision engineering, electronics, semiconductors, and automotive manufacturing. To facilitate investment, Vinh Phuc has focused on resolving policy and procedural challenges, developing high-quality human resources, and creating a favorable environment for investors, particularly South Korean enterprises.

To assist iMarket Vietnam Co., Ltd. in exploring investment opportunities in the province, the Chairman instructed the provincial Investment Promotion and Business Support Center to collaborate with the Management Board of Industrial Parks. Their mission is to provide the company with the necessary information and suggest optimal investment options to ensure maximum efficiency for the company in the coming time.
