3.1. Scope: The scope of the study includes 02 areas located along both sides of the red line of DT.310 road in Gia Khanh town - Binh Xuyen district, Kim Long commune - Tam Duong district and Hop Chau town - Tam Dao district; located in the planning area of subdivision D1. The specific scope is as follows:
- Adjacent to the military land (Regiment 66 and Regiment 834), ant the existing agricultural and residential areas to the Northeast.
- Adjacent to the agricultural area to the Northwest;
- Adjacent to Thanh Ha Prison, the agricultural land, Bap Cai lake and residential land to the South.
- Adjacent to the Provincial Road 302C to the East.
3.2. Area of planning area: 106,974 ha (increasing by 16.97 ha compared to the approved planning task due to correcting the scope of planning boundaries).
4. Characteristics of the planning area: The area on both sides of DT.310 road for road management, construction order management and urban landscape architecture. Effectively exploiting both sides of the route, serving as a basis for connecting infrastructure with neighboring functional areas; at the same time, implementing construction investment projects to serve the local socio-economic development.
