2. Adjustment reason: In the process of implementing investment according to the plan, there are a number of functional areas that cannot be performed, adversely affecting the socio-economic development of the locality, leading to the need to adjust to meet the actual situation and ensure feasibility.
3. Contents of local adjustment of planning.
3.1. Regarding the master plan of land use:
- Adjust the riverside land and part of the traffic road running along the Lo River into religious land for the construction of Dong Ho Temple relic; area of 0.25 ha (Allocate this land area to the People's Committee of Son Dong commune to implement the Dong Ho Temple restoration project; during the project implementation, it is necessary to ensure the protection corridor of the Lo River).
- Adjust the location of waste dumps from Hung Dung field, Bac Son village to Vung Gia field, Dong Thinh village to ensure environmental sanitation in an area 0.72 ha (only change location, not change area).
3.2. Regarding traffic planning: Update and adjust the approved traffic routes, including:
- Update the route direction planning of Son Dong urban area, Lap Thach district: The route from Nam Hai village to Son Dong urban area ring road (Bac Son village);
- Update Son Dong - Trieu De route direction.
3.3. Other contents: Unchanged according to the Master plan of Shandong urban area, Lap Thach district, the rate of 1/5000 approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 3608/QD-UBND dated April 12, 2013.
