3. Boundary scope, scale of planning area.
3.1. Scope: The scope of the study is located along the two sides of the red line of National Highway 2C (the section from the intersection with the QL2-BOT road bypassing Vinh Yen city to the DT.303 intersection) in Hop Thinh commune, Tam Duong district and Dong Van Commune, Yen Lac district, Vinh Phuc province; located in the planning area of subdivision B1, B3. The specific scope is as follows:
- Adjacent to the QL2-BOT route, bypassing Vinh Yen City to the North.
- Adjacent to DT.303 to the South.
- Adjacent to Dong Van Industrial Cluster, the existing residential area of Hung Vi 2 Village, Yen Lac 4 Village, Yen Lac District to the West.
- Adjacent to Phan River, the residential areas of Dong Lac 2 and Dong Lac 3 Villages, Yen Lac District to the East.
3.2. Area of planning area: Total planning area is 121.65 ha; (increasing by 22.9 hectares compared to the approved planning task due to correcting the planning boundaries, adjusting to get some more land funds to suit the actual situation of the current area).
