Celery is not probably strange in Vietnamese meal. In a delicious meal, besides main dishes, it is necessary to pay attention to vegetables in order to balance the overall flavor and supplement essential nutrients. Celery is such a vegetable, not only delicious but also nutritious.

Huong Canh celery is more crunchy and fragrant than in other regions because off the suitable climate and soil in Binh Xuyen district. This vegetable can be stir-fried, made soup, but the famous dish is the salad of celery.

Making this salad is not difficult. The most important thing is to have fresh and delicious ingredients. The white celery must be washed and cut into pieces. Another unique ingredient that only Huong Canh uses for this dish is the sugar rice cake. Use this uncooked cake cut into finger-length pieces. Bring crispy fried rice cakes into curls.
