The planning purpose is to effectively exploit the vacant land funds along the two sides of the road, manage the route borders, construction order and urban landscape architecture, to renovate and embellish existing residential areas, serving as a basis for connecting infrastructure with neighboring functional areas and implementing construction investment projects for local socio-economic development.
