3. Boundary scope, scale of planning area.
3.1. Scope: The scope of planning belongs to Dinh Trung commune, Vinh Yen city and Thanh Van commune, Tam Duong district, Vinh Phuc province and is in the approved subdivision A1.
The specific scope is as follows:
- Adjacent to the existing agricultural and residential areas of Thanh Van Commune to the East;
- Adjacent to the agricultural area to the Northwest;
- Adjacent to the existing agricultural and residential land to the South;
- Adjacent to the existing residential land of Dinh Trung Commune to the Southeast;
3.2. Area of planning area: 1,081,319m2 (decreasing by 176,681m2 (17,6681 ha) compared with the approved planning task to reduce the area overlapping with the new urban area under the direction of the Provincial People's Committee).
